We are very excited you chose to purchase a deal with us and we look forward to showing you what we have to offer. We have sold more than expected and as a small business are working hard to accomidate your appointments as soon and as well as possible.
To make this process easier for everyone, here are a few tips...
1. Have more than one date or time in mind when scheduling. Please don't call the week you want your service, you may become frustrated because we are booking out 4-6 weeks in advance at this time!
2. Saturdays are the busiest, if this is your best day please be paitent in scheduling and expect to book a month or more out.
3. Show up early! We require guests to arrive 5-10 minute before their scheduled service to fill out paperwork, change and to ensure that your entire service can be completed. ***If you are more than 10min late you are subject to a shortened service or reschedule.
4. Please do not schedule your appointment on days that you may be rushed or sandwiched between other appointments! We want you to enjoy your time with us not be hurried.
5. Don't forget your groupon voucher, it is a form of payment and you will be asked to pay for your service if you failed to bring it. We do not have a master list of purchasers names.
6. Don't wait until the last minute...we will not be giving extensions on the expiration date. Please remember that you may always use the value of your groupon towards the featured service at any time after the expiration date.
